1. Membership Access and Duration
a. Membership Duration
Membership grants you 12 months of access to exclusive content, live calls, and resources from the date of sign-up. Access to content and calls will stop when your membership stops.

b. Scope of Access
Your membership includes:

• Three live group calls per month.
• Access to all past and future programs released during your 12-month membership.
• Ongoing access to three live-running programs during your membership period.
• Participation in an exclusive group chat for members.

Access to all content is strictly limited to the duration of your active membership. Once your membership ends or is canceled, you will lose access to all content and resources.

c. VIP 1-1 coaching is by application only, this gives you access to The Within World plus 2 x 1 hr 1-1 per month for the full 12 months plus access to the VIP Space Telegram channel where I will be your new bestie and support anytime Mon-Thursday with voice notes, videos, text support, for you to grow, build and expand your business

2. Content and Login Sharing
a. Confidentiality of Membership Resources
All resources, live calls, recordings, and additional materials provided are strictly for your personal use. Sharing your login credentials or redistributing membership content in any form is prohibited.

b. Violation of Terms
Any member found sharing login credentials or membership content will be:

• Immediately removed from the membership and all related programs.
• Held liable for the full cost of the 12-month membership, regardless of whether the term has been completed.
  No refunds will be issued for such violations.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Commitment and Break Clause
This membership is a 12-month container designed to foster commitment for your business and the group. However, we want to ensure you feel supported, secure, and aligned throughout your journey. To balance commitment with flexibility, we have implemented a semester-style structure with a 6-month break clause.

• Initial 30-Day Cancellation Period:
  Within the first 30 days of signing up, you may choose to cancel your membership if you feel the container does not align with you. To qualify for cancellation:

  • You must attend all live calls during this period.
  • You must actively participate in the group and community.
    This ensures you have fully experienced the membership before making your decision.

• 6-Month Break Clause:
  At the 6-month mark, you will have the opportunity to reassess and decide whether to continue for the remaining term. If you choose to cancel at this point, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

b. No Refunds Beyond Break Clause Periods
If you do not exercise the initial 30-day cancellation option or the 6-month break clause, the membership will remain a full 12-month commitment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested outside these designated break periods.

c. Payment Plan Obligations
For members on a payment plan:

• If you cancel during the initial 30 days or at the 6-month break clause, you will be charged for all programs and resources accessed up to the cancellation date.
• Cancellation charges may exceed the total cost of the remaining membership term.
• Membership access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle after the cancellation is processed.

4. Community Guidelines
a. Respect and Integrity
This membership fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. Members are expected to:

• Respect the ideas and contributions of others.
• Avoid copying, stealing, or claiming other members' ideas as their own.

b. Prohibited Conduct
Bullying, bad-mouthing, or engaging in unwelcoming behavior will not be tolerated. Any member found in violation of these guidelines will be:

• Immediately removed from the membership.
• Ineligible for any refunds.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While this membership aims to provide value through resources, live calls, and community support, no guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes or results. Your success is dependent on your own actions and participation.

6. Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the membership provider. Members will be notified of any updates via email or through the exclusive group chat.

7. Liability
The membership provider will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in this container. By joining, you agree to participate at your own risk.

• Substitute facilitators or guest speakers may occasionally lead sessions if the primary facilitator is unavailable.

b. Guest Speakers and Substitute Sessions
To enrich your experience, some sessions may feature guest speakers or substitute facilitators. These variations are designed to provide value and maintain the continuity of the program.
